500g lean beef mince
1tbs vegetable oil
1 onion, sliced
1 carrot, sliced
250g beans, sliced
3 stalks celery
1 cup rice
1 pkt Chicken Noodle Soup
1/2 small cabbage, shredded
2 tsp curry powder
Salt
3 cups water
Method:
- Wash hands.
- In a large saucepan, heat the oil and brown the mince and the onions.
- Add all of the remain ingredients and stir to mix.
- Place the lid on the saucepan and simmer for approximately 45 minutes.
- Check the seasoning. Serve in bowls.
