Favourite fruits of choice
1 1/2 cup plain fat-free yoghurt
1 1/2 cup strawberries
1/4 cup honey
Method:
- Wash hands.
- Remove the hulls and cut the strawberries in half. Put them in a blender along with the yoghurt and honey.
- Blend for just a minute so that there are still some small pieces of strawberry in the dip. Pour into a small serving bowl and chill in the fridge.
- Cut up the fruit into different shapes such as cubes, triangles and sticks. Arrange these on a platter and place the bowl of dip in the middle.
SMARTY TIP: Delicious fruits to try for dipping are pineapple, watermelon, rockmelon, apple, strawberries and kiwi.
